Chapter 04

Contact form and book request

If you send us data through the contact form or the book request form, we process the information you provide in order to handle your request or order.The data is stored locally within the website system and, when email forwarding is configured, additionally sent to the church through Resend. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR for general inquiries.

Protected internal area

For the protected internal area, we check whether the entered email address is stored in Elvanto. A one-time code is then sent by email.Codes are stored only for a limited time. After successful verification, a temporary session cookie is set so that the protected area can be used.
